In the workshops of Jinhua Hanjia Commodity Co., Ltd.,the lights remain on 24 hours a day without interruption. As the Chinese Spring Festival approaches, both domestic and international customers are attempting to stock up on goods as much as possible before production in China comes to a halt.

As a result of the urgent increase in customer orders, Hanjia’s workshops have entered an endless cycle of work, where people rest while the machines continue to operate. The humming of the machines, accompanied by the morning mist, greets the workers arriving for their shifts. The warm air from the machines, which has been circulating throughout the 24-hour period, envelops every person entering the premises, filling every corner with warmth and dispelling the chill from their journey to work. The robotic arms and conveyor belts in picture’s continuously remove various raw parts and components from the molds.
Another die-casting machine, with its green body and flashing indicator lights, dispenses the molded raw parts into the receiving boxes. The molds that have just been opened immediately return to operation according to the preset program and new materials are injected into them to await cooling and shaping. This bustling and active scene will come to an abrupt halt at the beginning of February. We will put down the work we’re doing, abandon our usual routines and fully relax to celebrate our own festival. This is a record of an ordinary morning in the zinc alloy die-casting workshop at Hanjia on January 15, 2026.The molds to be used today will produce two components for a wine opener and the raw parts for a peeling knife, which is a frequently used item in the kitchen. This is part of a well-established production plan;the daily workload has been carefully budgeted and planned in advance.Every vibration of the equipment, the sound of materials being injected into the molds and the footsteps of the workers all contribute to bringing us one step closer to completing the orders and heading home.
